Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of drilling and construction services by M/s. Global Geotech Services (hereinafter referred to as “GGS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these terms.
Services Provided : GGS offers a range of services including but not limited to:

- Deep-borehole drilling for government, construction, and oil industries.
- Drilling of Deep Injection wells, deep and shallow monitoring wells, production wells, and more.
- Geophysical logging, CCTV services, and water quality testing.
- Civil construction services through our dedicated subdivision.
Quotes and Estimates : All quotes and estimates provided by GGS are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided by the Client at the time of the request.
Payment Terms : Payment terms will be outlined in the contract agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Project Timeline : Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon with the Client. GGS will make all reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, unforeseen site conditions, and regulatory approvals.
Client Responsibilities : The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, access, and permissions required for GGS to perform the services. The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided.
Health and Safety : GGS is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. Both parties agree to adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations and to cooperate fully in ensuring a safe working environment.
Quality Assurance : GGS guarantees that all services will be performed to the highest standards of quality. Any defects or issues should be reported immediately, and GGS will take appropriate action to rectify them.
Confidentiality : GGS and the Client agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Liability and Indemnity : GGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold GGS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s breach of these terms.
Force Majeure : GGS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, or government actions.
Termination : Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law : These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
Amendments : GGS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
Entire Agreement : These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed contract, represent the entire agreement between GGS and the Client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
